Krista McGuire concentrates her practice in the litigation area focusing on professional malpractice, employment matters, serious injury and wrongful death claims and complex litigation.
Ms. McGuire has experience in litigating claims in both state and federal court. She has represented a variety of professionals including attorneys, accountants, surveyors and insurance agents. Ms. McGuire has also defended corporations in employment and personal injury matters.
