Kreg Brown is a principal in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved with public companies and privately-held businesses for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience providing accounting and consulting services to a variety of industries, including natural resources, oil & gas, mining and alternative energy companies, manufacturing, distribution, software and high-technology companies. He has assisted many companies with raising equity through public offerings and private placements.
Kreg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri. He is active in various professional, industry and community organizations. |
