Mr. Ploumpis is a graduate of the Law School of the Athens University (1991) and holds a DEA in International and European Economic Law and a PhD in European and International Economic Law from the Université des Sciences Humaines de Lille II, in Lille, France. Mr. Ploumpis served as special Advisor to the French Ministry of Labour from 1994 to 1995, as well as Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal Services for Vodafone-Panafon from 1996 to 2004. He was also member of the Vodafone Group plc public policy and legal teams. He has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences and speaks fluent English, French and Italian. Mr. Ploumpis is 38 years old. |
