Kobi Ben Efraim joined our board of directors in March 2007. Mr. Ben Efraim is the Chief Financial Officer of LifeWatch Corp. (LWC) and joined LWC as Director of Finance & Accounting in January 2001. Mr. Ben Efraim has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting in the Israeli hi-tech industry. Prior to LWC, he was employed for 5 years with the DSPC Group (a NASDAQ-traded company), where he held a number of positions, including Chief Accountant of DSPC. The DSPC Group was acquired by Intel in 2000. Kobi Ben Efraim is a citizen of Israel and holds a BA degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Tel Aviv, and is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel). |
