Kneeland Youngblood is co-founder and managing partner of Pharos Capital Group, a private equity firm focused on providing growth and expansion capital to businesses in technology, health care and business services. Kneeland is currently chairman of American Beacon Funds, a $20 billion mutual fund company managed by American Beacon Advisors, a $42 billion investment affiliate of American Airlines. He is also a director of Starwood Hotels and Lodging, Burger King Corporation and the $3 billion Dallas Employee Retirement Fund. Mr. Youngblood is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in politics and science in human affairs and earned a medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. |
