Kliff has over 20 years experience in healthcare leadership positions in long-term acute care and psychiatric hospitals in both CEO and CFO roles. His prior experience included serving as Controller for a manufacturing company and as Manager for a regional accounting firm in business consulting. Mr. Rodgers holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
Prior to joining Solara Healthcare, Kliff served four years as Regional CFO for a group of six LTAC hospitals. In addition to providing financial leadership for these long-term acute care hospitals, Mr. Rodgers was responsible for overseeing all financial operating contracts and development projects. During his tenure, his hospitals consistently met or exceeded their financial goals. |
