Kit Nichols joined the firm after several years in the arenas of research and management consulting. She was the senior Policy Manager for the Pioneer Institute for Public Policy Research, Inc., responsible for all research and program activities for education reform initiatives. Prior to that she held the position of Project Consultant for the Center for Applied Research, a consulting company founded as part of the Wharton Business School. A graduate of Middlebury College, she is fluent in Italian, proficient in Swedish, and also holds an M.A. in international relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. |
