Kirsten F. Chapman is charged with the specific tasks of managing daily contact with clients and their investors including advising clients on events such as product crises, media crises, declining stock price, and other company financial matters and announcements. She performs the account activities of managing and writing strategic documents such as due diligence plans, IR plans, press releases, conference call scripts, presentations, and fact sheets. In addition, she arranges sell-side and buy-side introductions, determining investment community perceptions through conference call follow-ups, perception studies, and general investor calls. Ms. Chapman joined LHA from Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated, where she was head of the Investor Relations Department. Prior to managing the IR activities of that $1.2 billion company, she held various posts at J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. within the real estate investment group. Beginning as a Financial Manager, Ms. Chapman ended her career there as Vice President. During her tenure she carried out a number of tasks related to financial analysis, fund management and reporting, and business development. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank. Ms. Chapman received a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and received an MBA from Fordham University. She has also participated in New York University's School of Continuing Education and The Dale Carnegie Course. Personally, she enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and photography. |
