Mr. Blackim actively serves as Vice President of Business Development of the company with responsibility for ongoing business development activities. Mr. Blackim, 49, founded Matrix Energy Capital Associates in 1997, which specialized in oil and gas consulting with emphasis on capital development for small and mid-sized exploration, production and transportation companies. He brings to the group extensive knowledge gained from twenty-two years of progressive experience in the energy services industry as a corporate accounting manager, officer and director, oil & gas financial consultant and business owner, including six years with Koch Industries, Inc., seven years with Kansas Pipeline Company, and two years with TCW Asset Management Company. Since 1983, Mr. Blackim has participated in the review of approximately 400 oil and gas related projects totaling $4.25 Billion resulting in closings valued in excess of $800 Million. |
