He has experience solving complex title and hazardous material problems, and preparing acquisition documents, leases, loan documentation and opinion letters, and disposition and development agreements. Clients like his ability to assess a situation, implement swift measures to resolve issues and think outside the box to complete projects.
Kirk is fluent in Swedish and has studied international trade and finance in Stockholm, Sweden.
