Mr. Dopp has spent over 25 years as an inventor in solar energy technologies. He has been awarded 2 US patents and has received numerous Phase 0 SBIR/STTR initiative grants for Department of Energy and EPA applications. He specializes in designing and developing solar technologies and using solar technologies in process applications such as in more efficient production of ethanol and biodiesel. Prior to joining Sopogy, Mr. Dopp was the director of the Lichen Research center and worked at Rockwell International. He holds a B.S. in Physics from South Dakota Schools of Mines and Technology and a M.S. in Engineering from the University of Utah. |
