Mr. Buhl has more than thirty-five (35) years of experience representing numerous corporate, institutional lending and municipal clients of the firm in a broad range of matters, including general business and real estate financing. Mr. Buhl is a member of the firm's Commercial Finance Team.

Issuance and purchase of various types of governmental securities (e.g. state aid notes, tax anticipation notes and tax delinquency notes)
Variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including construction lending, conduit lending and other types of mortgage lending
Purchase and sale of real property, machinery, equipment and other business assets
Land use and other siting issues for the wireless communications industry
Commercial and real property loan work-outs
Issuance of economic development bonds from the standpoint of the project developers, institutional purchasers, credit enhancement issuers and economic development authorities
