R. King Nelson has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2004 and previously served as a director from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Nelson currently serves as the President and CEO of Kerberos Proximal Solutions since April 2005. Mr. Nelson has also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of VenPro Corporation, a medical device company that develops bioprosthetic implants for venous vascular and cardiovascular medicine for four years. Mr. Nelson held various executive positions at Baxter Healthcare Corporation for 18 years, most recently as President of the perfusion service business. Mr. Nelson received his B.S. from Texas Tech University and his M.B.A. in international business from the University of Miami. |
