Ms. Milheim is our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. She joined us in November 1999 (served as a consultant during a brief period of fiscal 2004 before returning as an employee). Ms. Milheim is a Certified Public Accountant, with an M.B.A. degree from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining us, she was General Accounting Manager at ArthroCare Corporation, an Audit Manager at BDO Seidman, LLP, and an In-Charge Accountant with the Office of the California State Auditor.
