Mr. King is President of Kim King Associates, LLC, a 35 year old real estate development company located in Midtown Atlanta. Kim King Associates develops retail, office, residential, and mixed use properties, primarily in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Prior to joining Kim King Associates in 1999, Mr. King was a Vice President at B & I Lending, LLC, a small business lender which specialized in government guaranteed lending, primarily through the USDA and SBA. Mr. King worked with various community banks across the southeast to originate and underwrite loans in a variety of industries and markets. Mr. King graduated from Washington and Lee University with a BA in Economics. Mr. King serves on the Board of Midtown Alliance and lives in Midtown Atlanta. |
