Kimberly West is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Chicago office. As an associate in the Corporate Department, Kimberly focuses her practice on representing publicly and privately held clients in transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions and providing general corporate counseling.
