Kimberly Vaughn serves as Executive Vice President in DHR International’s Atlanta office. She is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice Groups. Ms. Vaughn joins DHR International with a background of over 20 years experience encompassing numerous aspects of the healthcare and medical device industries. Prior to her success in search, Ms. Vaughn built American Mobile Healthcare’s first organic business unit addressing the increasing needs for highly specialized and dedicated physicians and nurses. Additionally, she worked within AMN, the nation’s largest healthcare staffing provider, as a senior executive. Her concentration was providing highly specialized physicians and nurses, as well as senior hospital administrators to healthcare facilities nationally. Prior to AMN, she was the President and founder of several medical device companies, successfully addressing the prosthetic needs of cancer, radiation, and amputee patients across the United States and Canada. Ms. Vaughn’s passionate, hands-on leadership style, and her integrity and drive are the core foundation on which she builds the most successful business relationships. As an innovator and strategic thinker, Ms. Vaughn uses her myriad experience and ability to develop strategic solutions for all aspects of business success. Ms. Vaughn is an active community leader. As a member of the WITI International Leadership Council and co-founder of Cafenet, a Southern California-based executive transition forum, she uses her expertise and experience to help her fellow business professionals develop and succeed. She is an active member in numerous organizations spanning the globe; supporting Athletes in Action’s International mission, Come Build Hope, and the Presbyterian Rescue Mission. |
