Kimberly Scott's primary areas of practice include first and third party insurance defense, in addition to general civil litigation. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Scott taught high school in Hinsdale, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago. She is a native of San Antonio and returned home to begin her legal career. Ms. Scott joined Lindow & Treat as an associate in 2006.

Personal Bio
Kim and her husband, Ben, are members of the Development Board of Southwest Mental Health Center, a specialty hospital for children. Together they enjoy biking, traveling, and cooking. Kim is also an avid runner, and has, to date, completed three marathons, including the Boston Marathon. Kim and Ben live with their two spoiled dogs in a home they have been (and likely always will be) renovating. |
