Kimberly is a Director in Huron Consulting Group's Corporate Consulting practice. She focuses on developing business for the Corporate Advisory, Performance Improvement, and Sourcing service lines.
Professional Experience
Kimberly started her career at Arthur Andersen in the Assurance group, where she focused on manufacturing and high technology clients. She coordinated all aspects of financial statement audits for private and publicly held entities ranging from developmental stage companies to $2.5 billion of annual revenue.
In the fall of 2000, Kimberly accepted a position in Human Resources as the Campus Recruiter. She led the recruiting efforts at over 20 local and national schools, ran the local internship program, and was an instructor at the national leadership conferences. In 2002, she joined Deloitte & Touche as the Campus Recruiting Manager for the Northeast region.
Kimberly joined Huron in March of 2004 as the National Resource Manager for the Financial Consulting practice. She allocated resources based on client and team needs as well as employee skill sets and developmental opportunities. While in this role, Kimberly developed a company wide Career Management tool that tracked skills and linked the Recruiting, Training, Staffing, and Human Resource departments with the evaluation and promotion process to guide people in career advancement. She also worked with practice leadership on revenue projections, the budget process, and strategic planning for the group.
