Ms. Sayoc practices in the firm's Real Estate and Development practice group where she focuses on the acquisition, financing and sale of hotels, shopping centers, land and apartments. Ms. Sayoc's broad business background stems from her experience in the firm's Business and Financial Transactions Practice Group where she concentrated on general corporate law matters and commercial transactions. She regularly assists clients with drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and has worked on numerous corporate acquisitions and dispositions structured as mergers, stock purchases and asset purchases.
