Ms. Gillham has been with Care IV since 2003, originally serving as Home Care Supervisor before being promoted to Director. As Director of the Hot Springs office, she manages the Private Duty program, oversees the Medicaid and Medicare programs managed by their office, performs skilled nursing duty visits to Care IV clients, and oversees all day-to-day operations of the office and home care staff.Prior to joining Care IV, Ms. Gillham served as House Supervisor for a 93-bed acute care facility, and was responsible for achieving and maintaining the facility and staff’s required certifications, completing in-service staff training, and managing the nursing staff. As a Registered Nurse (RN), she also has direct experience in medical-surgical cases, acute care, and emergency department (ED) settings. |
