Kim leads the independent sales organization business - First Data Independent Sales (FDIS), Card Payment Systems, Inc. (CPS) and Full Service Processing (FSP) strategy and revenue growth for First Data Commercial Services. Kim has acquired nearly 20 years of industry experience since she joined First Data in 1987. During her tenure, she has compiled a successful record of accomplishment in both sales and sales management. She played an integral role in the development and execution of business development and vertical market strategies, with key emphasis on supermarkets and petroleum. Kim was also responsible for the referral partner strategy, which included more than 700 financial institutions. Kim had also been deeply involved in the successful Concord integration during First Data’s merger with Concord EFS in 2004. Kim earned a bachelor of business administration from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. |
