Kim A. Cox supervises three Property Managers, develops departmental policies, and manages a global portfolio of over two million square feet of office, retail, and industrial property. Kim brings over fifteen years of real estate experience in such varied fields as lease administration, construction supervision, and lease negotiation to her four years of service to FFMC. Kim is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Michigan, a Certified Property Manager, an active member of IREM and CREW-Detroit, and a graduate of Detroit College of Business with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. |
