Kim started her career with Professions while she was still in college and was offered a full-time position upon graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Psychology in 1982. Kim excelled in college-graduating Magna Cum Laude with High Departmental Honors from the Psychology Department. She was promoted to Recruiting Manager in April of 1989 and became a Partner in June of 1993. In January of 2000, Kim was promoted to Executive Vice President and in October of 2000, was promoted to President/COO.
