Kieran T. Gallahue has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2007. Since September 2004, Mr. Gallahue has served as President (ResMed Global) of ResMed Inc., a developer, manufacturer and marketer of products for the treatment of sleep-disordered breathing and other respiratory disorders. From January 2003 to September 2004, Mr. Gallahue served as President and Chief Operating Officer (ResMed Americas) of ResMed Inc. From [1995] to January 2003, Mr. Gallahue served in various capacities with Nanogen, Inc., a San Diego-based DNA research and medical diagnostics company, including as President, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Strategic Marketing. From 1995 to 1997, he served as Vice President of the Critical Care Business Unit for Instrumentation Laboratory, where he was responsible for worldwide strategic sales and marketing, and research and development efforts for this business unit. From 1992 to 1995, he held a variety of sales and marketing positions within Instrumentation Laboratory. In addition, Mr. Gallahue held various marketing and financial positions within Procter & Gamble and the General Electric Company. Mr. Gallahue holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
