Khaldoun Awamleh, 47, is an international business and technology expert who formerly owned his own computer software company (Arab Infotech Center) in Amman, Jordan. He is currently a partner and a member of the board of directors and CEO of Cyber City, the largest Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ) in Jordan. The former chairman of the board of directors of Jordan Aviation, Awamleh is also a partner and board member of Allied Soft, a world class software provider; in addition he is a partner and a member of the board of directors of US-based Axiolog, an e-logistics software company. He is also the owner of Al Jawharah Hotel Suites in the UAE, and owns the $House Discount Store in the USA. Mr. Awamleh is a key player in Jordan's Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ), which have increased trade between Jordan and the U.S. from $20 million to $1 billion in the last five years. Awamleh joins the Sonoran Energy board as an independent member from the Middle East, and brings valuable international business insights and contacts to his role as a member of the Sonoran Energy Board of Directors. |
