Kevin Swill joined Kushner Companies as President of Westminster Capital, the financial arm of Kushner Companies, in January of 2001. He currently serves as President of Westminster Hospitality, Kushner Properties and Westminster Capital. Prior to joining Kushner Companies, he served as executive director of originations for CIBC World Markets in New York City, the global investment banking, securities brokerage and asset management arm of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, the eighth largest bank in North America. Mr. Swill holds a bachelor of arts degree in finance from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and has credits toward an M.B.A.from New York University. He also holds a Series 7 license from the NASD. He is a member of the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Multifamily Executive Council, International Council of Shopping Centers and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). In addition to his professional affiliations, Mr. Swill is a member of the Planning Board for the Borough of Fair Lawn, New Jersey. |
