Kevin Strong has more than 20 years experience in the communications semiconductor industry. Before his current role at GloNav, Kevin was an angel investor in RFDomus. As head of business development, Kevin drove the strategy to target the GPS market with RFDomus' low-power RFIC technology. Before joining RFDomus, Kevin led the spinout of Pictos Technologies, a privately held CMOS image sensor business, from Conexant Systems (NASDAQ:CNXT), and served as its founding CEO. At Conexant, Kevin served since 1998 as the senior vice president and general manager of the $100 million Personal Imaging Division. Kevin previously held various management, marketing and engineering positions at Conexant's predecessor, Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, and spent his early career in engineering at Rockwell, specializing in DSP-based analog modem system design. Kevin holds a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering with honors from Southampton University in the United Kingdom. |
