Mr. Smith joined Shatswell MacLeod in 1967. As a hands-on manager he has in-depth expertise in bank accounting, audit, and taxation. He has acquired a wealth of practical experience in bank accounting, regulatory matters, operational issues, financial controls, and asset quality.
In addition to the day-to-day management and coordination of all of our firm’s engagements, Mr. Smith works closely with our clients’ senior management teams. He assists them with issues such as implementation of accounting and regulatory directives, executive compensation planning, implementation of deferred compensation plans, and a host of other technical issues. |
