Kevin Kelly brings over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and treasury positions at a Fortune 500 company, as general manager and CFO of an Internet start-up, and as CFO of a publicly traded technology company. His most recent assignment was vice president and CFO of Nexiq Technologies, a producer of diagnostic hardware and software for commercial vehicles. During his years there, he was responsible for finance, accounting, legal, and human resources activities, including SEC filings, shareholder communications, development and implementation of cost reduction plans, and initiation of management reporting systems. He also supported efforts to raise additional rounds of financing and managed due diligence with several potential strategic investorsPrior to joining Nexiq, Kevin was general manager and CFO of RapportNET, LLC, an Internet-based wealth management product and service company. As one of the first employees at RapportNET, he was involved in all aspects of starting the business, from securing facilities, vendors, equipment, service providers, and employees to driving business planning and fundraising activities. |
