Kevin Katari is a Managing Member of Watershed Asset Management, L.L.C., where he has led investments in computer hardware, software, cable, telecommunications, retail, and consumer products. Prior to joining Watershed at its inception in 2002, Mr. Katari was a co-founder and Vice President of Bluefire Systems, Inc., a retail consulting and software firm. Before Bluefire, Mr. Katari spent six years in the San Francisco office of McKinsey & Company, serving clients across the financial services, retail, utility, private equity, and technology sectors on a range of strategic, operational, and organizational issues. Mr. Katari serves on the Board of Directors of Leader Ventures, LLC, and the Board of Trustees of the Seven Hills School in Walnut Creek, California. Mr. Katari received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and an A.B., cum laude, in physics from Harvard University. Mr. Katari was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in October 2006.
