Kevin Harris is the Chief Operating Officer joining the Company in this capacity on April 1, 2004. Previously, Kevin served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for RKO Pictures, where he oversaw all aspects of accounting, finance, technology and administration for RKO, its subsidiaries and its not-for-profit ventures. Prior to RKO, Kevin served as the vice president of finance and controller for the much hyped technology joint venture between DreamWorks SKG, Imagine Entertainment and Vulcan Ventures, Pop.com, LLC (before it discontinued operations in the Fall of 2000). Prior to that, Kevin was the director of financial planning at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc. where he developed green-light models for feature films, co-productions and television products, annual corporate operating and overhead budgets, and internal information systems across all divisions of the Company. For several years prior, Kevin was head of production finance and Assistant Controller at Polygram Television where he oversaw all aspects of production finance, accounting and financial planning. From 1993 to 1995, Kevin was a senior auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick. Kevin is a licensed CPA (CA #72778). He graduated with honors from the California State University at San Bernardino earning his bachelor of science in business administration. |
