Kevin Condron is a managing director in LECG's Chicago office. Mr. Condron is vice president and a member of the board of directors of the Trial Attorneys of America. He is also a member of the operating committee of the Civil Justice Reform Group, a committee chair of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), and a member of the American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations.
Prior to joining LECG, Mr. Condron was a managing director with Navigant Consulting and consulted with their international and domestic clients regarding a variety of litigation, insurance and management issues. Navigant Consulting acquired Peterson Worldwide, where Mr. Condron was a vice president. Before joining Peterson Consulting, Mr. Condron was the assistant general counsel for litigation and assistant secretary for Sears, Roebuck & Co. While at Sears, his principal responsibility was the overall management of the civil litigation section. Prior to Sears, he was the general attorney of litigation and insurance for Navistar International Transportation Corp. (formerly, International Harvester Company). His duties included the management of the litigation and insurance section, including the intellectual property practice. In addition, Mr. Condron was a trial lawyer in a Chicago law firm and tried numerous cases in the state and federal court system.
Mr. Condron is an experienced lecturer for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) and frequently appeared as a panelist for the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He was previously a member of the board of directors of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) and also was a former member of the MAPI Product Liability Counsel and the Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association (MVMA) product advisory group.
Mr. Condron received his JD degree from DePaul University College of Law and his BA cum laude from St. Procopius College. |
