Kevin W. Reimer, Principal of KWR Ventures, LLC, Principal of KWR Consulting, LLC is a Certified Petroleum Geologist and Certified Professional Geologist. He has over twenty two (22) years of experience in oil and gas exploration, well site geology and drilling supervision. Mr. Reimer has demonstrated a proven ability to generate successful oil and gas ventures using his expertise in aerial/satellite data interpretation, gravity data, 2-D/3-D seismic data and subsurface mapping using computer-based mapping systems. Mr. Reimer has expertise in day-to-day management of producing oil and gas reservoirs, exploration and developmental drilling projects including horizontal drilling and secondary recovery. He has significant experience in research and evaluation of Coalbed methane plays in the United States and Western Europe. Mr. Reimer has expertise in extraction of coal mine methane gas from abandoned underground coal mines and has seven years of research and experience in gas fired power generation. Mr. Reimer was the first to successfully development coal mine methane gas reserves and sell the resource to an interstate pipeline in Illinois. Mr. Reimer has put together and acted as operator for three Coalbed Methane Pilot projects in the Illinois basin starting in 1996. Since 1985, he has served as the President and Head of Exploration for Finite Resources Ltd an Oil and Gas exploration and production company which he founded. Under Reimer’s direction Finite grew from a start up to an independent producer with 180 properties in 14 counties. Since 1987, Mr. Reimer has focused on evaluating coal producing basins in the United States in an effort to define areas will provide the best opportunity for large-scale coal-bed methane development. Mr. Reimer currently manages the testing and possible development of a Devonian Shale project in New York for several companies with a current leasehold of 65,000 acres
