As Regional Executive Vice President, Phoenix Region, Kevin is responsible for Duke's newest regional office. His responsibilities include staffing and seeking development opportunities in the Phoenix area, and in other Southwest US markets.
Since July 2003, Kevin has overseen the development, construction, leasing and management of Duke's 17.5 million-square-foot office and industrial portfolio in Cincinnati as the Senior Vice President, Cincinnati Operations. He was promoted to his current role in January 2006.
Prior to that, Kevin was Senior Vice President, Construction, and as such was responsible for the overall performance of all design and construction activities in Cincinnati, Ohio; Nashville, Tennessee; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Orlando, Florida. Since joining Duke in 1985, he served in several different capacities including Field Engineer, Preconstruction Manager and Construction Manager.
Kevin was the Preconstruction Manager for major high rises in downtown Cincinnati including 312 Plum Street, 312 Elm Street and 312 Walnut Street. He has participated at some level in the construction of every project built by the Cincinnati division of Duke since April 1986.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
