Mr. Godlewski's patent prosecution, client counseling and opinion work is focused primarily in chemical and pharmaceutical technologies, while his patent litigation experience has been in the field of medical devices.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Godlewski worked for three years as a chemical engineer in the Steam Generators / Steam Plant Chemistry unit of Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, one of the two national laboratories responsible for the design and maintenance of the nuclear propulsion systems for the U.S. Naval nuclear fleet. |
