Kevin DeNicola is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Lyondell Chemical Company. Named to this position in 2002, he is responsible for the treasury, accounting and controls, tax, internal audit and investor relations functions, as well as corporate development activities.
From 1998 to 2002, DeNicola was vice president, Corporate Development, responsible for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions for the company’s portfolio. Previously he served as director, Investor Relations (1996-1998), ethylene product manager (1993-1996), and business analyst in Corporate Planning (1990-1993). He began his career with Monsanto, serving in several engineering and manufacturing assignments, and worked for Ernst & Young, LP prior to joining Lyondell in 1990.
DeNicola serves on the board of directors of Comerica Incorporated, a financial services company.
DeNicola has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from High Point University, a Master of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA in accounting and finance from Rice University. |
