Kevin Kyser is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ACS. In this capacity he is responsible for all aspects of ACS’ financial functions including accounting investor relations the corporate controllership treasury tax audit financial operations and strategic planning and analysis functions for the company’s worldwide operations. In 2007 ACS reported revenues totaling nearly $6 billion.
Previously Kyser was Executive Vice President for ACS Finance and Accounting. In this position he was responsible for the financial operations of ACS its corporate organization and the company’s two operating groups.
Kyser was named Chief Financial Officer of ACS Commercial Solutions in 2006. In this capacity he was responsible for the ongoing financial operations of an ACS Group that comprises nearly 60 percent of ACS’ business contributing almost $4 billion in annual revenue.
Previously Kyser served as Senior Vice President Finance in ACS’ Investor Relations Department where he was responsible for daily interaction with Wall Street analysts and institutional shareholders.
Kyser has been with ACS since 1997 has a total 19 years of finance experience and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Before joining ACS he spent six years with Energy Ventures acquired by Weatherford International progressing from the role of Internal Audit to divisional Chief Financial Officer for a manufacturing division.
Kyser graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. |
