Kevin P. O'Hara is serving as senior vice president and general counsel of HealthStream having joined the Company in August of 2001. He also serves as the Company's corporate secretary and compliance officer. Prior to his current position Mr. O’Hara served as a product manager business director and vice president of HealthStream. He is now responsible for the Company’s product and platform strategy and provides executive oversight of the product portfolio. This task includes the management of HealthStream’s product management group and marketing team. Mr. O’Hara also serves as the Company’s general counsel providing a wide range of legal services and expertise. Before joining HealthStream Mr. O’Hara worked as a corporate attorney at Bass Berry & Sims PLC with a specialty in technology electronic commerce and healthcare. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School. |
