Mr. Oddo is a shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on all aspects of business litigation in state and federal court. He has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, conspiracy, tortious interference, shareholder disputes, covenants not to compete, banking, and UCC issues such as sales and negotiable instruments. Mr. Oddo also represents clients in real estate, landlord/tenant and land use disputes. Actively involved in the Roanoke community, Mr. Oddo has served as chairman of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau for Western Virginia and currently serves as legal counsel for the BBB. He has also served on the Parish Council at St. Andrews Church, as an officer in the Knights of Columbus, and coaches youth basketball, football and baseball.
