Kevin O'Shea is Senior Vice President of Finance with AvalonBay Communities, Inc.
Before joining AvalonBay, Mr. O’Shea was an Executive Director in the Investment Research division of UBS Securities, where he was an Analyst providing equity research coverage of REITs. Previously, Mr. O'Shea was a real estate investment banker with UBS Warburg, PaineWebber Incorporated and CIBC World Markets, and in that capacity executed over 40 public debt and equity offerings raising $4.5 billion for real estate companies and advised in transactions involving over $10 billion in real estate value. Earlier in his career, Mr. O'Shea practiced commercial real estate and banking law, representing clients engaged in buying, selling, leasing and mortgaging real estate.
Mr. O'Shea holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University, a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. from Boston College. |
