Kevin Naughton is responsible for directing the company's financial plans and programs; supporting the strategic and business planning processes; M & A related activities; and acting as a key liaison to current and future shareholders in the financial markets. Mr. Naughton was previously Senior Vice President and CFO of GTESS Corporation in Richardson, Texas, a privately held business process outsourcer for healthcare claims payers. Before that, he was CFO and Chief Operating Officer at Pavilion Technologies in Austin, Texas, a privately held enterprise optimization software company. Mr. Naughton was also CFO at S2 Systems in Dallas, Texas, a provider of software and services to the financial and healthcare markets and a subsidiary of Stratus Computer Corporation. Prior to S2 Systems, he held various financial and controller positions at Stratus Computer and Computervision Corporation. Mr. Naughton received a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA in finance and marketing from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. |
