BACKGROUND: Kevin is a shareholder of GrayRobinson. Originally from Bangor, Maine, he has traveled extensively and has lived in Tokyo, Japan and Naples, Italy. Kevin attended high school in Houston, TX and attended Texas A&M University on an ROTC scholarship. He graduated cum laude and as a distinguished military graduate. After spending four years on active duty as a weapons-system procurement officer with the United States Air Force, Kevin resigned as a Captain in 1989 to practice law. EXPERIENCE: Kevin graduated from law school with honors in 1989 and has practiced law in Orlando ever since. He is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried numerous state and federal court cases. Though Kevin concentrates in construction, design, and commercial litigation, he has tried jury cases ranging from U.S. Department of Energy uranium mine (UMPTRA) clean-up projects to civil wrongful death claims. He has represented victims of aircraft disasters. He has represented, pro bono, the child victims of sexual and physical abuse. Kevin is also an experienced appellate lawyer, having prepared and orally argued appeals in Florida state courts and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta.
