Kevin Cassidy: Mr. Cassidy has served as our Chief Executive Officer since October 2005 and from March 2001 to March 2004. From April 2004 through September 2005, Mr. Cassidy provided consulting services to us. Since December 1996, Mr. Cassidy has served as Managing Director of Capital Energy Services, LLC (formerly Orion Energy Services, LLC), an energy options brokerage firm on the NYMEX. Mr. Cassidy's primary responsibilities include business development, sales and marketing, and oversight of our brokerage operations. |
