Kevin M.Walsh began practicing as a litigation attorney at Cullen and Dykman LLP in 1998. He became a partner in 2000. His practice includes the defense of a wide variety of lawsuits in State and Federal courts including premises liability, labor law cases, construction accidents, automobile accidents, fire cases and product liability cases. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman LLP, Mr. Walsh was an assistant District Attorney in Queens County from 1977 - 1980 where he eventually served as a Deputy Bureau Chief in the Supreme Court Trial Bureau. From 1980 - 1983 Mr. Walsh was an associate in Washington D.C. with the law firm of LeBoeuf Lamb Leiby and MacRae. While at that firm he helped to successfully defend forty employees of Metropolitan Edison in a three year grand jury investigation concerning the events surrounding the Three Mile Island nuclear accident. In 1983 Mr. Walsh joined the New York Telephone Company as a litigation attorney where he remained until 1998. During his fifteen years there, he had extensive trial experience in the defense of a wide variety of lawsuits. He has also argued numerous appeals before the Appellate Division of the State of New York. During his career Mr. Walsh has tried in excess of seventy-five cases to verdict. |
