Kevin is a member of the Casualty Department and devotes his practice to the areas of premises liability, auto negligence, product liability, and consumer litigation. In his career he has handled approximately 500 premises, auto negligence, and consumer fraud matters. Kevin has represented a significant number of retailers, parking garages, building associations, and machine and automobile manufacturers.
Kevin graduated from East Carolina University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in English. Kevin received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997.
Following graduation from law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Carol A. Ferentz in Essex County. |
