Kevin M. Halpin
Kevin M. Halpin has nearly 10 years of business experience in finance, investment banking and private equity activities.
Mr. Halpin formally joined DeltaPoint Capital Management, LLC as a Vice President in 2004 and is the acting CFO. He is also responsible for supporting the transaction execution and administrative functions of the fund. Prior to that time, he worked closely with its principals in establishing DeltaPoint Capital III, L.P. as an SBIC and supporting its initial deal sourcing and fund raising activities.
Mr. Halpin became affiliated with DeltaPoint Capital Management, LLC in 1999 when he joined its predecessor company, Capital Formation Group. As a member of Capital Formation Group, he serviced clients in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and valuations.
Prior to joining Capital Formation Group, Mr. Halpin held positions in retail banking and trust administration at Fleet Bank.
Mr. Halpin is on the Board of Directors of Badger Technologies, Inc., a contract electronics manufacturer.
Mr. Halpin received a Master of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York College at Fredonia and is a General Securities Representative with NASD, Inc. |
