Kevin L. O'Brien is a Managing Director in LECG's Nashville office. Mr. O'Brien's experience includes over 15 years working with a broad array of clients involved in the health care industry, including managed care organizations, state-run health care programs, insurance companies, hospitals, legal firms, skilled nursing facilities, financial institutions, and multi-facility health care systems.
Mr. O'Brien's areas of expertise span a wide variety of health care issues including litigation, financial analysis, development and maintenance of information systems, compliance, strategic planning and restructuring, financial operations issues, and disputes between payers and providers.
Mr. O'Brien received a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Master in Health Services Administration from St. Joseph's College of Maine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Mr. O'Brien is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Business Valuation Specialist. |
