Kevin L. Chlarson concentrates his practice in commercial, insurance and employment litigation. Mr. Chlarson has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases, arbitrations and mediations in federal and state courts. His litigation experience includes representing plaintiff and defendant employers in state and federal cases involving age, race and disability discrimination, retaliation and illegal competition claims. Mr. Chlarson also has experience in complex commercial and securities litigation. Mr. Chlarson was named one of Ohio’s ‘Rising Star’ attorneys in 2005 and 2006. He is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky, Ohio, Cleveland, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations. Mr. Chlarson serves as Chairman Elect of the Board of Directors for the Louisville East-Middletown Chamber of Commerce. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Iowa. |
