Mr. Healy joined our company in June 2005 as General Counsel. Mr. Healy had been Corporate Counsel to Vishay Intertechnology's General Semiconductor Division since November 2001. From November 1997 to November 2001, he was with General Semiconductor, Inc., where he served as Assistant General Counsel handling all corporate legal matters. Mr. Healy holds a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College School of Business, a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. degree from University at Albany. Mr. Healy is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. |
